Join our Airborne System Sales team to prepare commercial proposals for Eurofighter campaigns, coordinate the offer team, and manage relationships with clients and partners involved in the Eurofighter program. /p ol liManage commercial opportunities from client requests to offer issuance, following company procedures. /li liParticipate in preliminary meetings with clients (Bidder Conference and/or dedicated meetings) remotely or in person to accurately understand the opportunity's scope, requirements, delivery timelines, and client budget. /li liConvene Kick-Off Meetings to brief the Bid Team on commercial opportunities. /li liCollaborate with Commercial, Legal, and Trade Compliance units to prepare negotiation request forms. /li liCoordinate offer preparation activities, including Bid Plan drafting, progress meetings, Executive Summary, Tender VET, Offer Letter, and assembling the full offer package. /li liManage the congruity process and interact with internal functions like Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Legal, etc., to ensure smooth progress and problem resolution. /li liEngage in negotiation meetings with clients following proposal presentation, until contract signing, in collaboration with the Bid Team. /li liContribute to continuous process improvement and deepen product knowledge of Airborne Systems. /li liParticipate in corporate training on Marketing and Sales management processes. /li /ol pbQualifications: /b /p ul liMaster's degree, preferably in STEM fields. /li liJunior level experience. /li liKnowledge of Project and Bid Management principles. /li liUnderstanding of Airborne Systems products, especially related to Eurofighter supplies. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. /li liAbility to relate well with clients, prioritize tasks, and work proactively and flexibly. /li liGood command of English (minimum B2 level). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and SAP. /li liWillingness to travel nationally. /li /ul pThis is a permanent position with a hybrid work model.
