Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Medium Voltage Systems market and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.
* Builddescriptive commercial offers that address technical, financial, and legal risks with the support of the Proposal/Engineering team.
* Conduct technical presentations of company products and services.
* Foster relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Higher technical specialized education.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in sales of Medium Voltage Systems in companies with similar profiles.
* Successful track record of finding new customers and increasing sales.
* Strong understanding of economics, finance, and contractual terms and conditions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
