- Motivare e ispirare il team trasmettendo la visione del brand Salomon
- Gestire tutti gli aspetti del negozio, dalla gestione del team alle attività operative, dall’assistenza ai clienti e alla fidelizzazione, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi **Servizio al cliente**
- Essere un modello di riferimento promuovendo l’eccellenza del servizio al cliente attraverso la formazione e gestione del team
- Essere presente ed operativo sul piano vendita, assistendo i clienti e collaborando con il personale **Operations**
- Gestire lo stock al fine di garantire la presenza dei prodotti e i corretti livelli inventariali
- Lavorare in stretta collaborazione con il District Manager e il team di HQ
- Supervisionare tutte le attività, garantendo il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e salute e un contesto sicuro per il team e i clienti **Gestione del Team**
- Gestire il processo di ricerca e la selezione di nuovi talenti da inserire nel team
