JOB PURPOSE RESPONSABILITIES - Work close with the product merchandising, industrial and operations teams to define key merchandising stories and business opportunities for the season - Analyze sales trends at different granularity, preparing sales and stock plans to support business goals - Oversee and support the maintenance of product catalog and product assortment - Manage regional assortments ensuring the best quality of contents for the online catalog (i.e. attributes, copy, images, inventory) - Successfully elevate product navigation, to create engaging experiences for customers through product sorting, product information display, CRM activities - Provide guidance to local teams to ensure visual merchandising consistency across regions - Review product sorting regularly using dedicated merchandising tools and optimize on-site search - Monitor competitors to ensure best merchandising and identify new merchandising improvements to be implemented in cooperation with the E-Store management KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Minimum 5 years of experience in the eCommerce merchandising space, ideally in luxury or fashion industry - Problem solving attitude and ability to drive process improvement - Excellent analytical skills and experience with visualization tools, such as Qlik or Tableau - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple priorities - Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point - Professional English and Italian proficiency
