Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision-makers.
* Conduct strategic sales planning and coordinate with the Product Management team.
* Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) in the Hanwha channel partner program.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Engage with end users, consultants, system integrators, and ensure customers are updated with product information.
* Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer pipelines, and report sales progress weekly.
* Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins and forecast accuracy.
* Achieve budgets and targets.

Requirements:

* Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to independently understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and networking channels.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, judgment, and team collaboration skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.

Location:

This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel are expected.
