How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans for key utility clients, protecting existing business and driving growth.
2. Build and maintain trusted advisor status with stakeholders across all levels of the client’s organization.
3. Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Lead the development and delivery of sales presentations, technical proposals, and commercial bids for complex solutions.
5. Maintain accurate account activities in Salesforce, provide precise sales forecasts, and coach support staff for efficient sales process execution.
What You Bring
6. 8+ years of senior field sales or key account management experience, with a proven track record managing large, complex accounts.
7. You bring demonstrated expertise in the energy, power transmission, or utility sector.
8. Fluency in both Italian and English is required for this position.
9. Proficient user in Salesforce
10. You are skilled in strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship building in particular with complex accounts.
11. Travel within Italy are required for client meetings and to meet the engineering and execution team based in Milan.
