PpRemote - US /p pCentralReach is a leading provider of autism and IDD care software for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), multidisciplinary therapy, and special education. Trusted by more than 200,000 users, we enable therapy providers, educators, and employers to scale the way they deliver ABA and related therapies with innovative technology, market‑leading industry expertise, and world‑class customer satisfaction. /p pCentralReach is changing how our customers run their revenue cycle. We’re removing organizations away from manually executing every step of billing and claims toward a model where automation handles the routine work and staff spend their time tuning, optimizing, and managing exceptions. This shift covers the full revenue cycle: appointment readiness, billing, claim resolution, and client invoicing. /p pWe’re hiring a Product Manager to help make this happen. You’ll work within an established strategic roadmap and be responsible for filling it out: defining what features actually do, how they get built, in what order, and why. You’ll be responsible for measuring and improving business outcomes tied to the products you ship, including automation performance, claims results, and revenue impact. /p pThis is a role where the rubber meets the road. You’ll help shape product strategy with leadership and then own the tactical execution: turning direction into well‑scoped features, sitting with engineering every day, coordinating across teams, and tracking how things perform once they’re live. You’ll also work closely with our internal managed services team, who use the product daily and are both a critical source of domain knowledge and a key customer. /p pRevenue cycle management is one of the highest‑impact areas in healthcare operations, and CentralReach is in the middle of a big shift in how it gets done. You’ll get to shape products that directly cut manual work for customers, improve their financial outcomes, and free them up to focus on providing care. If you like combining domain knowledge with analytical thinking and hands‑on product work, this is a great place to do it. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liWork with Product Leadership to develop and refine the RCM product strategy, then own the execution of that strategy from discovery through delivery. /li liOwn and maintain a prioritized product backlog, keeping it aligned with the roadmap and grounded in customer and business value. /li liDefine and prioritize features across RCM areas, including Billing Claims, Claim Resolution, Appointment Readiness, and Client Billing, based on customer value and business impact. /li liSit with engineering as a true partner, working together daily on scoping, trade‑offs, sequencing, and delivery. /li liTake complex revenue cycle workflows and turn them into clear product requirements that engineering, design, and stakeholders can all get behind. /li liManage dependencies across internal teams and products. Spot risks and timing conflicts early and keep things moving. /li liBuild a strong relationship with the internal managed services team, using their operational knowledge and day‑to‑day feedback to make better product decisions. /li liWork with UX, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to make sure launches go well and customers actually adopt what you build. /li liDefine success metrics for features and products. Use data to understand whether you’re delivering customer value, whether automation is performing, and where revenue impact is coming from. /li liBe the voice of the customer and user for your product area. Own the end‑to‑end understanding of how customers experience your products and use that to inform what you build and how you prioritize. /li liStay close to how the RCM market is evolving, including what competitors, payers, and regulations are doing, so your product decisions are grounded in where things are headed, not just where they are today. /li liGet into the weeds of healthcare billing, payer rules, claim adjudication, and related workflows. You’ll need to know this stuff well enough to make good product calls. /li /ul h3Desired Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience /li li3 to 5 years of product management experience, with real exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management (provider‑side, payer‑side, or health tech). /li liStrong product fundamentals, with evidence of owning meaningful outcomes, not just shipping features. You can connect product decisions to financial or operational impact. /li liExperience thinking about business processes and how to automate or optimize them. You understand what makes a workflow work and where it breaks down. /li liSolid analytical and data skills. You’re comfortable digging into data, forming hypotheses, and using metrics to make decisions. /li liExperience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment. You understand what it takes to build software day to day. /li liAbility to manage cross‑team dependencies and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical people. /li liYou pick up complex or technical topics quickly, even when you don’t have direct prior experience. /li liYou’re comfortable partnering with leadership to shape direction and owning execution within your domain. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with AI or automation‑driven products. /li liFamiliarity with claims processing, clearinghouse integrations, payer adjudication, eligibility verification, or related RCM systems. /li liBackground working with internal operations or managed services teams as both stakeholders and customers. /li liExperience with configuration‑driven or rules‑based products. /li /ul pBase Salary Range /p p$115,000 - $135,000 USD /p pRecognized as one of the best places to work over 10 times by organizations such as Inc, Built In, and NJBIZ, our culture is centered around impact, inclusion, and flexibility. As a hybrid company with collaborative offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Holmdel, NJ; and Verona, Italy, we foster a workplace where top talent can thrive and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. /p pWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, 401(k) matching, and paid parental leave to our full‑time employees. Our team members also enjoy hybrid work schedules, career development support, wellness programs, and opportunities to give back through CR Cares™, our community engagement initiative. /p pAs set forth in CentralReach’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
