JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the verification, testing, diagnosing, and repairing of electronic circuit board assemblies.
Shift: (Mon-Thurs 6p to 6a) 402 shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Diagnose and repair basic powered functional test failures (power, traffic, network issues) to a component level on electronic circuit board assemblies, while maintaining minimal quantities of Engineering and Component hold assemblies.
* Exhibit proficiency in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment.
* Understand and utilize assembly documentation such as schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, debug, testing tools, and procedures.
* Assist the Test Engineering department in data evaluation programs to improve diagnosis efficiency.
* Follow production requirements, rules, policies, and procedures.
* Work as part of a team to achieve Diagnostic department’s process yield goals.
* Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements
* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry.
* Effective communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
* Problem-solving skills: collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions.
* Proficiency in operating Windows-based computers and related software.
* Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
* Ability to write simple correspondence and interpret visual aids.
* Ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.
* Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and graph interpretation.
