Responsibilities 
Sales Strategy & Execution: 
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. 
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. 
Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. 
Customer & Partner Management: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. 
Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. 
Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. 
Reporting & Forecasting: 
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. 
Track regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. 
Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. 
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: 
Work with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts. 
Provide field feedback to influence product development. 
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, set performance expectations, and monitor KPIs to foster continuous improvement and a high-performance culture. 
Minimum Qualifications 
Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. 
Strong decision-making skills to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively. 
Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. 
Proficiency in English for communication with international clients; additional languages are a plus. 
Ability to set clear objectives, allocate tasks reasonably, promote team collaboration, and accept overseas travel. 
Overseas work experience is preferred.
