This full-time Sales Account role at KALAWAY is based in Padua in a hybrid arrangement, combining on‑site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home on agreed days. The Sales Account professional will manage a portfolio of clients, cultivate new business opportunities, and maintain long‑term relationships to support revenue growth in the Milano market. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate onboarding, timely delivery of services, and high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, the Sales Account will provide ongoing training and support to clients, monitor account performance, and regularly report on sales forecasts and pipeline activities.
Qualifications

* Strong sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional style.
* Proven experience in account management and customer service, with a focus on long‑term relationships.
* Ability to deliver training and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
* Previous experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial role, ideally within financial services or a related sector.
* Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on‑site and remote work.
* Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, email platforms).
