This role is part of the Marketing & Communication Team.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator will be a key partner, providing guidance, insights and analysis for all the Retail Marketing activities to support the business.
The mission of the Retail Marketing Coordinator is to support business with retail marketing and co-marketing activities to reinforce brand awareness and reputation at local level with a drive to store approach.
* Contribute to the development of the Retail Marketing plan and strategy, consistently with the Global approach and HQ guidelines.
* Develop and lead Retail Marketing and co-marketing initiatives both in shopping malls and in other commercial realities, with a drive to store approach to increase brand visibility locally.
* Analyze business performance data and define targeted actions to support the business.
* Analyze and share feedback on evolving market trends and local competitors.
* Collaborate with CRM Global to develop plans aimed at increasing customer loyalty.
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing Global to identify drive-to-store activities to support the territory.
What You'll Need
* A Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar.
* 3-4 years experience in a Retail Company.
* A good level in English.
* Experience in beauty field is a plus.
* Strong motivation, passion for the job, strong leadership, results driven approach.
