Sales Manager-Italy \r\n Polymer resin trading or distribution \r\n Our client is the Chemical trading division of an International conglomerate that has been active in the import/export trade and the development of new business for nearly five decades. This role is a new position created to develop sales and business of polyolefins primarily in Italian regions \r\n\r\n Regular customer visits and sales of our product range as well as the acquisition and performance of sales-oriented tasks through regular telephone customer contacts \r\n Responsibility for sales, turnover and contribution margin for the assigned area \r\n Active sales acquisition and identification of sales opportunities \r\n Obtaining market information as well as determining and monitoring the competitive situation \r\n Ensuring proper and timely order and shipping processing \r\n Complaint processing and sales correspondence \r\n Order and shipping processing of complete order, also for third countries \r\n Provide a weekly report on business activities (including sales performance versus budget) and the market environment \r\n Provide visit reports & all relevant feedback in CRM \r\n Analysis of customer, competitor and market trends and demand structure in defined area \r\n\r\n A university commercial / technical degree and professional sales experience of more than 10 years \r\n Working experience in trading or distribution company as a polymer resin trader, especially PE & PP items in Italy \r\n Fluent in Italian & English languages \r\n MS Office skills \r\n Willingness to travel and an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working
