Overall sales management of Panasonic Consumer sales in Italy, France and Spain. Defining Sales policy in agreement with Marketing team to manage properly balance between Channels (Online, Offline, Direct-2-Consumer) Member of Sales Management Team Development of the medium- and long-term sales strategy for Panasonic Consumer sales in assigned countries in alignment with European Sales Director and Marketing team - Defining Business budget and assortment planning in coordination with the Marketing GM and European Management - Provide regular and detailed input to European Management and Marketing GM for successful customer and portfolio management - Regular Market monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs within the area of responsibility, including development and implementation of measures to achieve targets - Strong involvement into alignment of sales activities within European customers as Amazon and Direct-2-Consumer sales - At least 5 year of experience in managing Sales in Technical Consumer Goods market
