This role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided. The Senior Product Manager will drive the SEO product strategy, partner with senior leadership across functions, and deliver solutions that strengthen Agoda’s SEO performance. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams and will have dedicated engineering resources you define and allocate. /ppThis is an Individual Contributor position based in Bangkok. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze the online travel ecosystem, markets, competitive landscape, and user requirements with a strong focus on Search Organic traffic channels /liliOversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/products supporting broader initiatives, customer engagement, and optimization of organic rankings to drive revenue /liliConceptualize, launch, and optimize SEO products and features; experiment, test performance, and iterate quickly /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Content, and UX teams on cutting-edge technologies /liliAnalyze content traffic and SEO metrics; evaluate campaign messaging and content ROI using well-defined KPIs /liliDevelop innovative solutions across regions and functions with a strong emphasis on SEO /li /ulh3What you'll need to succeed /h3ulliAt least 5+ years of product experience, including hands-on technical and content optimization experience /liliBachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline) /liliProven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform decision-making with a strong focus on SEO /liliStrong data skills /liliExcellent communication skills (verbal and written in English) with the ability to convey complex messages clearly to stakeholders /liliExperience developing and launching new products /liliExperience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for the organic channel /liliEntrepreneurial and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and manage change /liliHands-on mentality and proactive problem-solving /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliMBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics /liliStrong proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pAt Agoda, we are an equal opportunity employer.
