Responsible for the definition and implementation of holistic business growth plans in the assigned markets focused on the following drivers: - Brand portfolio positioning; Product line-up & pricing policies- Distribution coverage & trade partner assortment & plans - Go-to-market execution: flooring, store, shopper on/off-line
Support the markets in removing any business roadblock such as product availability, quality, after-sales service issues, etc.
Support new product launch execution in the market, including key trade partners meeting preparation and product training
Define correct launch windows for new product introductions
Experience in Product Categories management in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands, Sales/Marketing experience in a local subsidiary, Sales Analytics
Languages: English (mandatory); French, Spanish and other are a plus
