Job Title: (Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy, Catania Job Description: Your mission: You are responsible for our Italian customers and manage all communication. You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. Through close contact with customers, you contribute to continuous improvement of our product and processes. Your profile: You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks efficiently. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
