Jsolar Tracker is a global leader in solar tracker solutions, implementing products in over 20 countries. We seek a Key Account Manager in Italy to expand our sales coverage and manage key accounts across Italy and European markets.
Responsibilities
1. Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and European Countries while providing strong service.
2. Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European Countries.
3. Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.
4. Identify and develop key accounts in Italy and European Countries markets, negotiating and following up contracts.
5. Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments.
6. Communicate with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects.
7. Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and advise customers of delivery status.
8. Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.
9. Analyze and monitor account data, developing reports regularly based on customer information and development trends.
10. Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
11. Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and conferences.
12. Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customer benchmarking, and technical and financial market requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the photovoltaic sector.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence peers.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Languages: Native language skills in Italian; English proficiency required; other languages are a benefit.
