Overview Senior Brand Manager, HaemOnc at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will consolidate and further evolve the development and execution of the haematology / oncology brand strategy and operational marketing programmes in Italy. He / she will report to the Business Unit Head and will collaborate with cross functional partners across the organization as a key member of the Italian Brand Team. This role requires leadership with a vision of what “best in class” marketing looks like and the drive to build this capability in the Italian haematology / oncology marketing area, with agility to work strategically and operationally and to work independently with extensive international exposure. For more information, please visit Responsibilities Drive the development and implementation of the commercial plan for haem / onc products in Italy to optimize current performance and launch readiness for future assets. Based on robust market insights, develop key strategic priorities and maintain focus on the agreed priorities targeting all groups of healthcare professionals. Monitor the implementation of the product plan and adjust where required; anticipate future trends in market dynamics and healthcare professional needs and adapt strategies accordingly. Further build the reputation of Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a partner in haem / onc; build collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant societies. Develop and implement programs and materials that support field-based professionals, informed by market research and customer insights. Ensure all internal and external materials and programs are reviewed and approved in accordance with Jazz procedures and meet customer needs. Congress management and CME / Medical education planning and execution. Operate within agreed budgets, delivering financial planning and control and keeping expense estimates accurate and up to date. Manage external vendors / agencies and lead day-to-day operational projects to ensure high-quality outputs and value for money. Collaborate effectively with Sales, Medical and Market Access teams; drive product strategy and tactics; lead positioning and execution. Collaborate with EUR / INT Marketing teams; provide insights into EUR / INT marketing plans and share standard methodologies and market best practices. Maintain ethical, responsible and professional behavior in line with Jazz values and local codes of practice; ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate standards. Qualifications Expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in haematology and / or oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals; experience in orphan or rare disease contexts is a plus. Understanding of medical aspects of the therapeutic area with willingness to develop in-depth expertise. Ability to function at strategic and operational levels with a pragmatic hands-on approach. Ability to drive projects forward to completion; proven ability to partner with broad cross-functional teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations to large groups. Attention to detail; ability to interpret and explain clinical data. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational; strong problem solving and decision making. Proven experience in launches in specialty / rare diseases areas. Ability to set goals, prioritize activities, and meet challenging timelines; works well under pressure. Good English level spoken and written. Education Bachelor e29s Degree or equivalent (Life Science preferred).
