You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies to meet market needs, driving innovation, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis insight, and exceptional cross‑functional collaboration to ensure the success of our products now and into the future. /p h3Product Strategy Development /h3 ul liDevelop execute comprehensive product vision strategies aligned to the company's overall objectives market trends. /li liConduct market research, competitor supplier analysis, customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation innovation. /li liDefine product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration and profitability. /li liDefine and oversee operational plans to support sales teams including comms positioning, collateral, samples, sell sheets etc. /li /ul h3Product Lifecycle Management /h3 ul liManage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life, including new product development, launch planning, and product rationalisation. Illustrate via product roadmaps. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including RD, manufacturing, sales, PMO GMs to ensure timely and successful product launches. /li liMonitor product performance and market trends, making data‑driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Global Market Expansion /h3 ul liIdentify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion in new geographic regions and market segments. /li liDevelop and execute market entry strategies, including market positioning, exclusivity prioritisation and any regulatory or local compliance requirements. /li liWork closely with regional sales teams to support local market expansion initiatives T1 focus to drive revenue growth. /li /ul h3Customer Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships with key (T1) customers and partners to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. /li liGather customer feedback insights expert opinions to inform product development priorities and enhancements. /li liAct as a product expert and provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed. /li /ul h3Financial Management /h3 ul liDevelop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and SMART KPIs including financial sales profit metrics. /li liMonitor product profitability, pricing strategies, and cost optimisation initiatives to ensure alignment with financial goals. /li liIdentify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings to drive overall profitability. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. /li liExperience in rigid packaging industry, IJBM, assembly etc. /li liExperience in personal care / FB / beauty markets. /li liKnowledge of major CPGs. /li liExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer feedback to drive decision‑making. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and product management tools/software. /li liProven experience (5+ years) in product management roles within the packaging industry or related B2B sectors. /li liStrong understanding of B2B sales cycles, distribution channels, and customer needs. /li liDemonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies in a global market. /li liExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and build strong customer relationships. /li liHighly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liBenefit offerings include Medical Insurance and Prescription Drugs, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life Insurance, Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability Insurance (for eligible employees), Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), Paid Time Off (may include vacation and sick time), Retirement Program, and Other Voluntary Benefits. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
