Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Italy or Spain. The role involves developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems, supporting initiatives to enhance customer centricity and profitable growth. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure best practices are deployed across regions and segments. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, You Will: Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset Optimize the Customer Experience Develop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Act as administrator for customer databases, managing requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensure adherence to CRM and opportunity pipeline best practices Collaborate with IS Teams to improve internal systems Carry out Contract Management activities Support sales training frameworks and provide key user support for internal systems Education: Bachelor of Business degree required Required Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is beneficial Experience in sales effectiveness projects is a major asset Proven success in driving change and supporting global programs Leadership capabilities and team player mindset Ability to analyze large datasets from various sources Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to work on multiple projects with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking Who We Are: Aptar leverages insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally, transforming conventional packaging into advanced dispensing systems and connected technologies.
