We are looking for a Business Development Manager Veterinary (VET)
The role will operate in coordination with Fujifilm Healthcare Italia Business Units (Radiology Equipment, Endoscopy Equipment, IVD, Ultrasound, Medical Informatics) and Cross BU teams (Clinical Marketing, Communication, etc.).
The Business Development Manager Veterinary (VET) will also have a strong interaction with FUJIFILM Healthcare Europe and will manage multiple interactions with external stakeholders as well, including Sales Distributors and Sales Agents channels.
Veterinary business ownership for the assigned markets, including:
- Development of the sales strategy for VET to drive the growth in key sectors
- Development and implementation of a strategic business plan to grow the business and achieve assigned sales targets
- Development of robust value-based propositions to maximize success
- Work across Business Units to support total solution sales of Fujifilm portfolio
- Development of pre-sale activity with customers
- Management of the relationship with 3rd Party strategic business partners
• Execution of company and country specific business processes in line with internal expectations as well as ISO Standards
We need the Business Development Manager Veterinary (VET) to have:
Proven track record of sales growth, including a strong understanding of Italian Veterinary market needs
More than 8 years of sales experience in medical veterinary devices with, ideally, at least 5 years’ hand-on experience managing sales/product specialists teams
Good knowledge of the English language and MS Office applications
Second European language preferred
Good knowledge of Salesforce tool
