We are helping save lives.At Forwood, we partner with some of the world's largest high-risk and operational industries to help prevent fatalities through a proven approach to critical risk management. Our platform is used where it matters most, helping teams identify, understand and control critical risks before incidents occur.We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help grow our presence across Italy. This role will suit someone who combines commercial drive with real credibility in high-risk environments, and who wants to build something meaningful in a market with strong potential.What makes this role differentThis is not a transactional sales role.You Will Be

Building Forwood's presence across ItalyEngaging senior leaders in high-risk and operational industries such as construction, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, transport and other safety-critical environmentsHelping clients think differently about safety and fatality preventionTranslating complex concepts into compelling, real-world outcomesSelling a platform that requires both strong commercial capability and the ability to build contextual understanding

You do not need to come in as a fatality prevention expert, but you do need strong curiosity, sound judgement and the drive to build deep credibility in a complex and meaningful domain.What you will do

Lead growth across ItalyBuild relationships with executive level decision-makers and operational leaders in high-risk and operational industriesIdentify, open and progress new opportunities with focus and persistenceAct as a credible and commercially-minded voice in conversations around safety, risk and operational improvementTell compelling stories that connect risk, behaviour and outcomesWork closely with product and delivery teams to shape solutions for complex client environmentsOperate effectively in a global remote business and across time zones when needed

What we are looking for

Strong exposure to high-risk and operational industries through sales, operations, safety, engineering, consulting or other relevant rolesGood understanding of the safety realities of complex industrial or field-based environmentsCommercial drive and the ability to create momentum, open doors and move opportunities forwardConfidence engaging senior stakeholders and building trust across both executive and operational audiencesAbility to quickly learn and communicate complex subject matter in a clear and credible wayA proactive, resourceful approach and comfort working with a high level of autonomyFluency in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel within Italy and across the region as neededFlexibility to work in a global remote team, including some regular meetings outside standard local business hoursExperience in enterprise SaaS sales will be advantageous

What will set you apart

Experience in industries such as construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure, transport, manufacturing, mining or industrial operationsExposure to safety, critical risk, compliance or operational performance environmentsAbility to bridge technical, operational and commercial conversationsExperience building a market, territory or strategic customer base with a high level of ownershipAdditional European language capability
