Main activities Management of the existing customer package in the assigned area (Rome and province); Development of prospecting activities with a b2b sales perspective; Negotiation activities according to company guidelines; Participation in trade fairs and events in the sector; Study and presentation of annual sampling; Support in window dressing (visual merchandising) according to company guidelines; Sale of additional services (personalization, packaging, etc.); Market and competition monitoring; Drafting of weekly reports for monitoring sales performance. Requirements Fundamentals/Must haves High school diploma; Previous experience in sales roles of at least 1 year, preferably in sectors of origin such as Ho.Re.Ca, hospitality, textiles, clothing/work uniforms, furniture or similar; Excellent communication skills; Excellent propensity for assisted sales; Availability to travel.
