Responsibilities
The candidate will deal with production, assembling and completion of products/components related to railway signalling (electromechanical actuators, hydraulic actuators).
Work in a production line or in a work cell organized and designed with lean principles.
Maintain a clean and efficient work station by removing production scraps and wastes; in some cases he/she could perform ordinary maintenance activities.
Safety, Environment and Standards
Respect EHS prescriptions and rules; wear all prescribed PPE for related activities and work station.
Qualifications and Experience
A preferential requisite is previous work experience, even short, in production sites as an assembling operator.
Basic knowledge of machining with lathe and milling machines is a plus.
Competencies and skills:
Capability to perform mechanical assembly of components and products
Knowledge and ability to read a technical drawing (assembly and component)
Knowledge and capability to use basic measurement tools and torqueing tools
Knowledge and capability to use traditional milling and lathe machines for machining
Ability to identify problems and malfunctions
Capability to strictly follow written instructions
Manual dexterity
Good attitude for teamwork
Professional accuracy and seriousness
