We are looking for a Brand Manager Spirits to join our Italian Marketing team and contribute to the development, growth, and positioning of our premium spirits portfolio (e.g. Disaronno, Averna and related brands).
In this role, you will support the implementation of brand strategies defined by the Marketing Manager and take ownership of day-to-day brand management.
You will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to strengthen brand equity and accelerate business results.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Group Brand Manager in defining annual brand plans and ensure flawless execution of marketing activities
Manage marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating creative, digital agencies, and external partners
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, trade, packaging, experiential)
Contribute to the development of POS materials, toolkits, and brand guidelines
Analyze brand performance (sell-in, sell-out, market share, competitiveness) using internal and external data sources
Monitor campaign KPIs and activation results, recommending corrective actions where needed
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership teams and internal stakeholders
Requirements
University degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
2–4 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within FMCG or Beverage
Proven experience in managing communication projects, digital campaigns, and activations
Strong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
Collaborative xrdbqlu leadership style with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Entrepreneurial attitude and strong results orientation
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
Creativity and strong sensitivity to brand and consumer communication
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
