Job Description
The Junior Key Account Manager International supports the management and development of strategic clients across international markets. Working closely with the commercial team, this role contributes to business growth, client relationship management, and the execution of international sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Key Account Manager in the daily management of international clients.
* Manage operational activities related to orders, contracts, and commercial documentation.
* Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs for assigned accounts.
* Prepare commercial offers, market analyses, and reporting for internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, supply chain, customer service, finance) to ensure excellent customer service.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities in target countries.
* Participate in client meetings, trade fairs, and international business trips when required.
* Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and growth plans for key accounts.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, Languages, or a related field.
* Previous internship or short work experience in sales, account management, or customer-care roles is a plus.
* Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
* Fluent English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* A strong commercial mindset and a genuine interest in sales and client development.
* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
* Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and in multicultural environments.
