Job Description
The Commis de Rang, under the supervision of the manager, deals with:
* Manage the preparation of the restaurant service together with colleagues, ensuring impeccable service to guests.
* Take care of guests' needs in a professional and warm way.
* Act as the contact person for guests for any culinary questions or requests.
Qualifications
* Training in the hotel or restaurant sector.
* Professional experience in the role and, preferably, in high-level gastronomy.
* Good knowledge of German and English.
* Passion for hospitality, autonomy in the role, team spirit, and willingness to help colleagues.
* The ideal candidate is an open person, willing to accept new challenges and to continuously develop.
