The successful candidate will represent the RSN brands in the assigned territory, managing distributors, key accounts, and on- and off-premise customers. This role requires proactive sales leadership, strong presentation skills, and the ability to conduct educational tastings. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives. /liliMaintain and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. /liliOrganize and host consumer and trade tastings, ensuring brand presentation and education standards are met. /liliMonitor and manage distributors in your territory. /liliRepresent the brand at trade fairs and industry events. /liliBe aware of and report trends and activities etc in the markets. /liliEnsure all activities and initiatives are aligned with corporate philosophy and legal compliance of each country. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliMinimum 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, luxury goods, or premium consumer products industries. /liliProven track record in distributor and key account management. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills; confident public speaker. /liliStrong organizational and reporting skills, self-motivated, and independent. /liliWillingness to travel extensively across assigned markets (140+ days per year as per company standard). /liliProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. /liliFirst language Italian and fluent in English (mandatory).
