Hexlox is a leading innovator in bicycle security solutions, offering smart, easy-to-install anti-theft systems that protect bike parts and other valuable assets from theft. Our products are trusted by cyclists, bike shops, and manufacturers worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected sales representative to develop and grow our business in the Italian market. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain relationships with bike shops, distributors, and manufacturers, driving sales of Hexlox products across the country.
* Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Italy.
* Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors if necessary.
* Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Hexlox when needed.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or direct handover to HQ.
* Provide market feedback to the company to support product development and sales strategies.
* Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Italian market.
* Strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in Italian and working proficiency in English for communication. Other languages are plus.
* Interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions ideally.
