Ph3Overview /h3pJoin to apply for the bSales Manager Automation /b role at bLinde Material Handling /b. /ppAs our Sales Manager, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well-established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers and developing strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions. /liliDepth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments. /liliAnalyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to the customer needs. /liliConsult the customers with the optimal solution based on factors such as throughput, space, and budget. /liliLead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, employing an added-value approach to build customer trust and secure project wins. /liliCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project execution. /liliRegularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of order intake targets. /liliStay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and actively participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliResponsabilità e requisiti:br/— Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (with a technical focus), or a comparable qualification (or technical training with business administration certification) /liliProven track record of success in sales, business development, or solution selling, preferably in the intralogistics automation industry. /liliStrong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market, including customers, consultants, and institutions. /liliIn-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutions. /liliStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions to customers. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. /liliProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. /liliWillingness to travel within the region. /liliFluency in English, German is a plus. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pAs an employer, in addition to excellent social benefits and attractive salary structures, we offer you a position with great scope for developing your own ideas, a challenging, interdisciplinary area of responsibility and comprehensive support within the framework of an international, collegial team. /ph3Details /h3ulliSeniority level: Entry level /liliEmployment type: Full-time /liliJob function: Sales and Business Development /liliIndustries: Machinery Manufacturing /li /ulpWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
