Working alongside the Divisional Brand Marketing Director, you will focus on brand awareness and excellence, ensuring that all campaigns, editorial projects, and partnerships are executed with precision and drive engagement and conversion. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecute the annual marketing plan, ensuring all projects remain on track, within budget, and aligned with luxury standards /li liSupport gold, silver, and local campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment between all internal and external stakeholders /li liOversee the creation of new brand collateral and assist in the production of photo and video shoots while managing regional image libraries /li liUpdate hotel websites with relevant content and monitor performance to suggest actions that enhance visibility and conversion /li liDevelop innovative ideas and content for electronic and direct mailings targeting both consumers and the travel trade /li liEnsure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all marketing materials, social media messages, and editorial projects /li liProactively develop new projects and partnerships that elevate brand awareness and excellence /li liMaintain regular communication with General Managers, PR Managers, and operational teams to support overall business strategies /li liCollaborate with the head office to roll out global brand programs and initiatives at a local or regional level /li liWork closely with Sales, Groups, and other departments in Milan to align on divisional projects and initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience managing a brand marketing strategy within the luxury sector, including graphic and visual oversight /li liStrong visual and creative skills with the ability to understand art direction and evaluate on-brand content /li liA deep understanding of luxury brand standards in terms of visuals, copy, and the overall client experience /li liKnowledge of CMS, email marketing systems, website management, and online digital channels /li liExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex details and meet concurrent deadlines under pressureEffective interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and clearly express ideas in English and Italian /li liCompetency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 h3What We Offer /h3 pAt Belmond we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
