You will drive sales growth through technical expertise, customer engagement, and a strategic market approach. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze the market in your sales area and develop yearly Action Plans /liliDefine and follow up Account Plans /liliProvide commercial and technical support to customers; assist Inside Sales with technical advice or on-site demos /liliAchieve sales targets in your area /liliPlan regular visits to customer facilities /liliCreate leads and opportunities /liliPrepare technical and economic offers /liliRegularly follow up opportunities until close /liliReport opportunities, follow-up, and activities in CRM (Sales Force) /liliAttend exhibitions and marketing events /liliDesign, schedule, and deliver local workshops and seminars /liliInstall products and provide customer training /liliProvide technical support to our distributor ADG in the south of Italy /liliServe the area : Vall D’Aosta, Piemonte, Liguria, Toscana, Emilia Romagna and Malta; support ADG distributor in the south of Italy /li /ulh3Requirements / Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of experience in NDT-related industries /liliNDT technique knowledge and hands-on experience /liliProficiency in English and Italian /liliStrong sales and commercial skills /liliKnowledge of the Italian industry market is a plus /liliWillingness to travel within the assigned area and Europe for meetings and training /li /ulpLegal authorization to work in the EU is required.
