They manage a diverse portfolio of well known beauty, personal care and household brands sold worldwide. Within their Beauty division, they develop and distribute established cosmetic and personal care brands, focusing on high quality innovation, brand growth and international market expansion. /p pThe International Sales Area Manager will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with international distributors and key retail partners across selected European markets, with a primary focus on France, DACH and Benelux. Reporting directly to the International Business Development Director, this role will focus on driving sales growth, managing commercial agreements and ensuring strong execution across local markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and develop relationships with distributors and direct retail partners across assigned international markets. /li liOversee company ex-works sales and monitor local partner performance to ensure revenue targets are achieved. /li liDevelop and implement annual client plans aligned with sales and margin objectives. /li liMonitor business performance using commercial, marketing and financial KPIs to guide strategic decisions. /li liPrepare monthly sales forecasts by client to track progress and support target achievement. /li liCoordinate and oversee point of sale initiatives to ensure strong in store execution and brand visibility. /li liIdentify and pursue new commercial opportunities to increase sales volumes while maintaining strong margins. /li liWork closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of company strategies. /li liTravel regularly within assigned markets to meet partners, assess retail distribution and evaluate brand presence in store. /li liMonitor competitor activity and provide insights on key market developments. /li liRepresent the company at relevant international trade shows and industry events. /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Marketing or a related field. /li liExperience within international sales or trade marketing, ideally within the beauty or FMCG sector. /li liExperience managing international accounts and working with distributors or retail partners. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to develop client plans and monitor commercial performance. /li liGood understanding of financial and commercial KPIs linked to account management. /li liExcellent communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liExperience managing European markets such as France, DACH or Benelux is advantageous but not essential. /li /ul pIf you are a commercially driven international sales professional looking to grow your career within a global beauty business, we would love to hear from you.
