Trade Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Analyst to become a point of reference in the analysis and dissemination of commercial and market data, providing operational support to Marketing and Trade Marketing activities and in‑store visibility.
The role will actively support the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams in decision‑making processes, contributing to planning, budgeting, performance monitoring and project management with grocery retailers.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage the sell‑in and sell‑out databases, ensuring data consistency and up‑to‑date.
 * Extract, aggregate and interpret data from internal and external sources (e.g. Nielsen) to build regular reports and dashboards.
 * Collaborate on the ideation, coordination and monitoring of Trade Marketing activities across GDO, Normal Trade, e‑commerce and Food Service.
 * Implement in‑store visibility activities (POP materials, displays, seasonal initiatives) ensuring consistent execution.
 * Coordinate special projects and co‑marketing activities with trade partners.
 * Contribute to the construction of the annual budget and its subsequent economic monitoring.
 * Support the Sales function in analyzing Trade investments and evaluating spending effectiveness.
 * Carry out ad‑hoc analyses for new products, category reviews or strategic planning.
Ideal Profile
 * Experience: 2–3 years in similar roles (Marketing Analyst, Trade Analyst, Junior Trade Marketing Specialist, Junior Controller), preferably in FMCG. Recent graduates with strong analytical aptitude are also considered.
 * Education: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
 * Technical Skills:
 o Excellent mastery of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, databases).
 o Knowledge of Access (preferred).
 o Experience with Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools (plus).
 o Familiarity with Nielsen data or similar.
 o Basic understanding of Trade Marketing logic, promotion and budget management.
 * Soft Skills:
 o Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
 o Effective synthesis and reporting skills.
 o Teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
 o Curiosity, proactivity and continuous improvement spirit.
 o Operational and organisational orientation for managing concrete projects.
