THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager, Denim to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of our denim category. You will work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production to ensure that Off-WhiteTM denim collections align with brand vision, meet quality standards, and achieve business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product Development: Drive the development of denim collections from concept to final production, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with Design to translate creative ideas into viable products, and with Production to ensure quality, fit, and cost targets.
- Line Planning: Define and manage the denim assortment plan to meet collection strategy and sales targets.
- Costing & Pricing: Monitor product costs and propose retail price points aligned with market positioning.
- Operational Management: Oversee product coding, creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (DIBA), and accurate data entry into PLM and ERP systems.
- Supplier Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with denim mills, laundries, and manufacturers to secure innovation and reliability.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Developer in premium/luxury fashion, with denim expertise.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, washes, and denim finishing techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficiency in PLM tools, Excel, Adobe Package (Illustrator, InDesign).
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail.
