As Fashion Sales Manager in CHANEL’s Rome boutique, you lead the Fashion Advisors to deliver a highly personalized client journey and uphold the House’s progressive style. You drive team performance, coaching and development, while aligning with CHANEL’s strategy and visual standards. You influence buying decisions, curate exceptional client experiences, and represent CHANEL in events and external networks. This role blends leadership, luxury service, and brand storytelling to elevate client engagement and sales growth.

- Lead and develop the Fashion Advisors team to create an engaged, aspirational environment and deliver the ultimate client experience
- Ensure the team embodies CHANEL's strategy and enhances client relationships through personalized service
- Manage recruitment, performance management, objectives, and coaching;
partner with Learning, Styling, and Marketing for development - Foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration with back-office teams;
drive staff grooming and presentation standards - Oversee buying requests in line with the boutique buying strategy;
contribute to the boutique’s Buying Strategy - Act as CHANEL ambassador in-store, at events, and in external engagements within Rome’s luxury fashion scene
- Ensure the sales floor, displays, and Visual Merchandising adhere to CHANEL standards and guidelines
- Plan team schedules to optimize sales floor coverage;
drive operational efficiency and clienteling initiatives - Analyze sales data to track targets, implement initiatives to grow business, and report to the Boutique Manager
- Maintain compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter;
manage client conflictsprofessionally - Support innovative tools and services to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness
- Translate the boutique roadmap into concrete team objectives and monitor execution
Responsabilità
- Experience leading a luxury sales team or similar in a high-end retail environment
- Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and luxury service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate into actions for growth
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and boutique operations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Capability to plan schedules, manage risks, and drive efficiency
- Ambassadorship and representation in external fashion settings
- Understanding of CHANEL’s House style and buying strategy
