About Accelerat Accelerat is a product-oriented startup company that provides advanced software solutions to guarantee high levels of cyber-security, safety, and time-predictability for next-generation cyber-physical systems, such as autonomous vehicles, factory automation, advanced robots, and other safety- and security-critical embedded systems. As a spin-off of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa, innovation is at its core, addressing the challenges of the ever-evolving cyber-physical world. Accelerat currently offers three software products: CLARE, AI Bunker, and Bunker for Linux. Opportunity : Join the Accelerat team as a Full-time Senior Tech Sales Engineer (fixed salary MBO). Location : Hybrid. When in person, based at Polo Tecnologico di Navacchio, Cascina (PI). Required Skills Master’s degree in STEM or Business with a computer science background (Computer Engineer preferred) Strong knowledge of embedded systems and system-level software Ability to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positioning to create traction Experience in B2B sales and partnerships within embedded systems, cybersecurity, and FuSa domains Experience in Automotive, Railway, Industrial Automation, and Robotics domains (2 domains is a plus) Experience using CRM and analytics tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English Good-to-have : Knowledge of embedded virtualization technology Extensive network within automotive, railway, industrial, and robotics sectors (Tier-1s, Tier-2s, OEMs) Responsibilities The candidate will play a key role, working closely with the CEO, CTO, and marketing team to define and implement commercial strategies. Responsibilities include market analysis, client relationship management, lead generation, prospect qualification, sales pipeline management, delivering sales presentations and technical pitches, and building strategic partnerships. Collaboration with R&D to align product positioning with market needs is essential. The role may require national and international travel for customer meetings and exhibitions.
