OverviewJob Posting Title National Key Account Manager Kitchen GDOThe challenge An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.What you will doThe purpose of the position is to develop the Kitchen business in the GDO channel. The key account will be in charge of managing strategic trade partners, maximizing all commercial opportunities for both built-in and freestanding products.The person will be responsible for:

Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key partners;Ensuring internal company functions provide the highest level of customer service to local accounts;Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts;Taking a proactive approach to account management;Arranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers within the customer;Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.

What you need to succeedEducation: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fieldProfessional Experience: 3 years of experience in Built-In Domestic AppliancesMust have:

Clients' management skillsSales and Business Development experience and proof of thisPeople management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivationFamiliarity with Built-In Consumer Goods marketsEstablished relationships with largest customers and retailersHighly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
