The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the current accounts and for searching new clients for Nidec Conversion.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the company's profits by increasing sales, expanding and optimizing the product range and customer base, as well as controlling costs and creating an effective team specifically in the metal business and applications.
Principle Job Responsibilities
Market analysis in Metal business Europe
Search for new customers, arrangement of the meetings
Defining strategies to develop and increase Europe market shares in Metal business
Support to Proposal/Engineering team for the preparation of technical and commercial offers (budget and full)
Conduct technical presentations of the company's products
Increase company profits by increasing sales
Independent work in the CRM system to update the status of projects
Monthly and quarterly sales planning
Compilation and implementation of sales plans and forecasts
Interaction with project managers (including the company's factories) in order to control the fulfillment of obligations to the Customer in accordance with the schedule
Interaction with Product Leaders for the definition of technical needs / implementations required to the products/systems to better serve the Metal business
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE And LANGUAGES
Higher technical specialized education
Experience in sales of LV, MV Drives and/or electric motors in the European metal industry for at least 5 years
Knowledge of Europe Metal market and manufacturing processes
Successful search for new customers, increase sales
Skills in economics, finance, general understanding of business processes
Personal qualities: responsibility, organization, organizational qualities, resistance to stress, decisiveness
English - written technical, free for communication within the company
