Overview

Overview Senior Sales Executive MW Polo India CIS and Africa. Ralph Lauren Corporation is a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in five categories : apparel, accessories, home, fragrances, and hospitality. The role is with BoF Careers on behalf of Ralph Lauren.

Position Overview

A Sales Senior Executive, Partner Territories is responsible for the sustainable growth of the Region and supports the Regional Sales Lead / Senior Manager in the execution of the brand sales strategy. The Senior Executive is the specialist of the brand and of specific market needs within the area of responsibility. Collaboration with corporate functions is required to guarantee the success of the Brand and a healthy long-term relationship with Partners.

Responsibilities

* In cooperation with the Sales Lead or Senior Sales Manager, accountable for Top Line Results of the specific brand within Partner Territories (MW Polo, WW Polo, Kids, Lauren, Luxury vs Middle East, Israel, India, Africa and CIS); push for brand elevation; achieve seasonal brand targets and ensure quality of the assortment of every door managed.
* Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with Partners; participate in regular bi-monthly commercial meetings / updates and follow-up.
* Collect relevant Partners' qualitative and quantitative KPIs about business performances (sell-out by door / by Brand, sell-through).
* Support the Sales Lead / Senior Manager in activities related to selling campaign setup (Brand Day / Line Openings, Merchandise Pre-Planning for relevant markets, client appointments, collection study, and discussions with Merchandising).
* Leverage Help-Sellers support during markets; manage order entry in NuOrder; perform product / assortment analysis and pricing checks; manage appointment calendar.
* Drive assortment proposals to key players; provide showroom experience to partners via visual representation of key orders; guide clients through the collection and seasonal inspiration; monitor order filling, looks bought, budget variance and pre-plan alignment.
* Proactively support Special Product / Capsule injections in the market if needed.
* Support cross-function events and product-related activities in the region, collaborating with Development, Marketing, Sales Ops and Creative Service to ensure proper brand representation on the floor and seasonal changeover.
* Support local seasonal trainings twice per year for the brand.
* Prepare qualitative and quantitative End-of-Mashion (EOM) Buying Reports for Key Accounts and Key Doors for the brand.
* Manage Pre- and Post-Market activities : account code creation and checks; order verification; delivery monitoring; payments unlocks in coordination with Sales Operations and Credit teams.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Extensive understanding of market trends and sensitivity to Fashion and Luxury business.
* Deep knowledge of products and Ralph Lauren brand propositions.
* Understanding of the competitive environment, especially price positioning.
* Curious, open-minded and proactive team player with initiative; hands-on attitude and ability to multi-task with problem-solving skills.
* Strong public presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; able to build and maintain client relationships and listen to partner needs.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads to meet deadlines; strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.
* Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
* Ideally educated to degree or similar level; previous experience in Retail fashion environment preferred.
* Strong PC skills; Office applications (PowerPoint and Advanced Excel) required; RL SAP and NuOrder understanding (OSA reports, Customer Master, Order Uploads) mandatory.
* Willingness to travel; fluent in English.
