PpEaton is currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst - Growth and Quotations to join our team in Tczew or Bielsko-Biała (Poland), or Turin (Italy). /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pThe primary function of this role is to lead and coordinate the quotation process for all new growth initiatives in Mobility EMEA, including both eMobility and traditional business, new places, new spaces and aftermaket. /p ul liEnsure sales team provides timely feedback to customers for quotations of new products. /li liCoordinate different teams to timely and accurately prepare cost models, including e.g. sales team, SCM, product line, plant engineering, plant finance team. /li liCoordinate sales managers and product line to determine the most accurate market target price for each quoted product, before the cost model is prepared. /li liValidate Bill of Material items and benchmark together with SCM the most accurate market target price for procured components. /li liLead and validate with plant teams the most accurate variable and fixed costs to be allocated to new products and potential cost‑saving initiatives after SOP (start of production). /li liSupport standardization of processes, cost models and approval workflows. /li liEnsure effective communication to stakeholders, with appropriate ad‑hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately. /li liProvide leadership to management in driving profitability optimization. /li liEnsure accuracy of the data in C360 tool in order to grant a proper track of quotes deadlines and opportunities in the pipeline. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBS degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering. /li liMinimum of 5 years in Finance Controlling experience in large multi‑national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structure. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liOperational finance experience onsite minimum 2 years on site. /li liFluent English (Italian, German, Polish or French are a plus). /li liStrong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set, effective at all levels of the organization and able to influence and challenge the decision process. /li liEffective communication skills, able to adapt approach when needed. /li liProcess continuous improvement oriented. /li /ul pWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
