He/She will be reporting directly to the Digital Merchandising Content Manager. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage daily on-site activities, executing content updates and digital merchandising initiatives to optimize user experience, drive engagement, and maximize conversions; /liliCreate and maintain the website’s navigation menu and homepage in line with new collection launches, commercial priorities, and sales trends; additional key activities include managing PLP creation, product sorting, filters, navigation, and internal search; /liliAlign on-site activities with brand goals and the editorial calendar, while optimizing collections and categories to drive sales performance; /liliCurate Visual Merchandising activities for diesel.com, taking into account delivery, seasonal trends, collections performances, and inventory levels; /liliPartner with buying merchandising teams to ensure that the right products and initiatives are correctly promoted; /liliManage promotional initiatives across both content and digital merchandising areas; /liliCurate and select products for promotional and product newsletters with the goal of maximizing email channel performance across both engagement and conversion metrics; /liliMonitor sales performance and other key digital metrics and respond accordingly on a daily basis to optimize product placement and boost conversion, leveraging emerging trends in the industry; /liliExecute content and merchandising analysis and A/B testing, also supporting on-site testing activities and UAT phases, partnering with analytics and UX/UI teams; /liliBe up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the e-commerce landscape. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliAt least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Fashion Luxury Company; /liliMaster’s degree in economics, marketing, or another relevant field; /liliProficient knowledge of SFCC Commerce Cloud; /liliUnderstanding of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools; /liliGood knowledge of digital analysis and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Content Square); /liliGood knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint; /liliFamiliarity with Algolia would be a plus; /liliExperience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making; /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills; /liliPassionate about the fashion industry and able to be up-to-date with market trends and competitor strategies within the eCommerce landscape; /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail; /liliFluent in English and Italian. /li /ulpbLocation: /b Milan (MI) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
