This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, appointing and engaging new agents and distributors, and managing client relationships. The Export Manager will work closely with various departments — including Customer Service, Quality Control, Finance, Supply, and Production — to achieve the company’s objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liClient Relationship Management: ul liConduct regular customer visits /li liProvide report of trade market visit (visit report) /li liSupport the growth of our business with acquisition, prospection and/or development of new Clients, Agents and/or Distributors within the assigned regions (identify new market opportunities and potential customers in international markets) /li liParticipate of Fairs and events to engage and prospect clients and stakeholders /li /ul /li liSales and Business Development: ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets /li liBuild and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential international clients /li liPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners /li liMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management /li liMake plans to achieve / exceed export sales target /li /ul /li liMarket Research and Strategy Development: ul liConduct market research to identify potential markets and customers /li liDevelop and implement export strategies to increase market share in existing and new markets /li liAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats /li liDevelop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international clients /li liActively contribute for development of new products and solutions /li /ul /li liFinancial Management: ul liPrepare and manage export budgets and forecasts /li liNegotiate payment terms and manage the collection of payments from international clients /liliAssess and manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, credit and market volatility /li liNegotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients /li liMonitor and implement pricing strategies, negotiate price adjustments (increase) /li liPreparation of statistics and reports for Management /li /ul /li liLeadership and Collaboration: ul liCollaborate with other departments including Production, Supply, Customer Service, Finance, etc to ensure alignment of export activities with overall business objectives /li liProvide training and support to the customer service team /li /ul /li /ul h3Education / Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) /li liA minimum of 6 years of experience in international sales of decorative films and solutions for industrial applications (furniture, doors, flooring). /li liProven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding market share /li liStrong understanding of international trade market, logistics, customs procedures /li liExcellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment /li liProficiency in MS Office and CRM software /li liFluency in English (proficiency in additional language is a plus) /li liWillingness to travel internationally as needed /li /ul pbWorkplace: /b Gorla Minore (VA) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
