Join the Magic: Digital Sales Manager – Disney+ Italy

At The Walt Disney Company, we believe in the power of storytelling—and in the power of connection. As our Digital Sales Manager for Disney+ Italy, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how brands engage with audiences across our digital platforms, including Disney+ and YouTube.

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic advertising partnerships, drive revenue growth, and deliver innovative, cross-platform solutions that bring campaigns to life in ways only Disney can. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s passionate about creativity, performance, and building long-term relationships in the Italian media landscape.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive advertising revenue across Disney+ and other media platforms, exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

2. Build and nurture multi-level relationships with media agencies and clients, with a focus on planning and buying teams.

3. Pitch and sell multi-platform content packages and campaign-led solutions.

4. Own a defined agency/client portfolio and lead its strategic development.

5. Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.

6. Collaborate with Client Services and EMEA Account Managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end campaign execution.

7. Monitor market trends and use analytics to shape sales strategies and narratives.

8. Lead new business pitches and present complex media plans with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Bring

9. Extensive experience in media sales, ideally within a major broadcaster or media owner.

10. Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, including VOD, BVOD, SVOD, and Connected TV.

11. Proven success in managing agency/client portfolios and growing investment.

12. Strong grasp of programmatic trading models and planning strategies (Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP).

13. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.

14. Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

15. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and media analytics tools.
