Update the local organization on product dynamics taking care of the alignment among functions and Lenze Selection's global business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Lenze Selection products through Direct Sales, Agents and Distribution, ensuring sales, profitability and customers satisfactionBoost relationships with existing clients and develop potential clients to expand market shareRecognize products' evolution at global level, share info with local sales network and transform local demand into solutionsShare with local sales team, and Lenze Selection network significant and success applicationsIn collaboration with Marketing Dept., share and verify technical and commercial information and support marketing activities for Italian marketResponsible for defining and checking Target and Forecast for the referred competence area, monitor systematically KPIs and recommend improving actionsResponsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of data entered in CRMQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Mechanical EngineeringAt least about 3 years' experience in Sales inside technical area or as Area Manager, preferably in Multinational Companies active in mechanical businessStrong Technical skills in drive components for machines and installations (brakes, clutches, couplings, torque limiters, geared motors, gearboxes)Sales knowledge, negotiation techniques and customer orientationStrong communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spiritFocused and goal-orientedLenze is an Equal Opportunity Employer. xjrgpwk
