Key Account Manager Online SDA & TV

What You Will Do
You will join the Online Sales Team in the Italy Market on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region. As a Key Account Manager Online you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a national level and maximizing all opportunities for sales within those accounts.
Activities and Areas of Responsibility
Managing the online account for the company (Amazon) and building relationships with key personnel.
Networking within national accounts to secure all business opportunities.
Ensuring internal company functions provide the highest level of customer service to national accounts.
Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring they are fulfilled effectively.
Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.
Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts.
Taking a proactive approach to account management.
Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.
Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
What You Need To Succeed
Must Have
Clients management skills & Sales and Business Development experience with proof of these capabilities.
Marketing background.
Familiarity with the Consumer Electronic Goods market.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
Professional Experience
1–3 years of experience within the Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market, FMCG.
Soft Skills
Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross‑functional activities.
Team working.
Languages
Fluent in English and Italian.
