Pole Position is Europe’s market leader in the design and production of sports merchandise for events and brands. To expand our presence in Italy, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in Italy and working remotely. This position is designed as a growth role, offering clear development paths and increasing responsibility as you actively help build and scale our Italian market presence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Active acquisition of new customers in the Italian market
* Strategic expansion of business with existing customers, with increasing ownership over key accounts
* Needs analysis, preparation of tailored offers, and management of price and contract negotiations
* Continuous optimization of our sales approach, with the opportunity to actively shape our go to market strategy in Italy

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* Independent and entrepreneurial way of thinking
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Building long term relationships with event organizers and brand partners
* Completed vocational training and/or a degree in business administration or similar
* At least 2 years of experience in sales, with the ambition to grow into a role with increasing responsibility
* Fluent in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus
* An existing network within the Italian sports event industry and hands on experience in the planning and execution of events is a plus
