1. Responsible for establishing a channel system in MOVA Italy, including agents, secondary KA, OEM customers, etc.
2. Responsible for utilizing market funds and formulating product and pricing strategies.
3. Optimize the distributor system based on the existing channel structure to ensure sufficient channel inventory, maintain market order, and ensure partner profitability.
4. Develop sales strategies aligned with company requirements, set quarterly and annual goals, improve marketing and management systems, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
5. Manage regional sell-in and sell-out to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales management, or related fields; experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, etc., is preferred.
2. Over five years of relevant local work experience, familiarity with the Italian market, and a record of successful integrated marketing campaigns.
3. Ability to work under pressure, strong market development and sales skills, with significant prior experience.
4. Good interpersonal skills, resource development abilities, team leadership, and project development experience.
