Position Snapshot: - Nespresso Italy, Milan HQ (Assago) - Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities - Permanent Contract - 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles as Product Manager/Brand Manager in B2B sector, working for an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset - Knowledge of Food & Beverage or Ho.re.ca market is considered a plus - Ability to create and manage business cases - Fluent Italian and English Position Summary In this position You will be part of Nespresso marketing team, joining the Product life cycle team of 8 people, reporting to the B2C & B2B Marketing manager. You will work closely with the B2B sales team, B2B trade marketing, B2B controller and other departments of the company, to ensure the best execution and strategy for our market, and you will collaborate with HQ B2B team to build a local strategy in line with the HQ guidelines. In this position You’ll work with the rest of the team to manage the day-by-day activities and also to design the next year strategy, according the market needs and in line with the Global rules. You will participate in special project tables to ensure the best result in financial terms and to design the future of the B2B process and actions. A day in the life of a Product Manager B2B: - Execute the B2B strategy and the commercial value propositions - Review the B2B product & promotion performance to understand and suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights - Work closely with different departments as B2B Sales, Supply, Brand Marketing, Finance, CRM & Insight to understand the dynamics of the market and the customer’s behavior and needs - Bult the local B2B strategy with the rest of the local team and innovate about the offer proposition, services, and process - Conduct annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development, to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data & Insights - Execute all permanent and non-permanent (IAP) launches in the area of B2B products and customers - Manage the budget and provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channel's portfolio - Support continuous improvement through conducting pre-evaluations of promo and plans launches - Lead multidisciplinary team in the execution of the full launch plan and special project, e.g. kick-off and sign-off meetings, project team meetings - Create regular reporting for Nespresso HQ to highlight performance on main KPI’s What will make you successful? - Master’s degree in economics, marketing or similar - Good communication skills and experience in management complex projects - Positive forward-looking mindset, problem solving attitude and team spirit - Approaches challenges with a data-driven and solution-orientation mindset - Lateral thinking and the pursuit of innovation - At Nespresso, we embrace inclusive language—feel free to share your pronouns on your CV.
