You will work closely with the B2B sales team, B2B trade marketing, B2B controller, and other departments to ensure effective execution and strategy for our market. You will collaborate with the HQ B2B team to develop a local strategy aligned with HQ guidelines. You will manage daily activities and contribute to designing the upcoming year's strategy based on market needs and global standards. You will participate in special projects to optimize financial results and shape the future of B2B processes and actions. A day in the life of a Product Manager B2B: Execute the B2B strategy and commercial value propositions Review B2B product & promotion performance to identify optimizations, supported by data & insights Collaborate with departments such as B2B Sales, Supply, Brand Marketing, Finance, CRM & Insights to understand market dynamics and customer needs Develop the local B2B strategy and innovate on offers, services, and processes Conduct annual market, trend, and competitive analyses to inform product strategy and marketing plans in collaboration with Data & Insights Manage launches of B2B products and customer initiatives Oversee the budget and contribute to monthly sales forecasts Support continuous improvement through pre-evaluations of promotions and launch plans Lead multidisciplinary teams in executing launch plans and projects Create regular performance reports for Nespresso HQ highlighting key KPIs What will make you successful?
