Job Responsibilities
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers
- Align the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance month over month
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, credit lines, and ensure timely account receivable collections
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and communication to enhance brand image
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
- Collaborate actively with Head office teams to receive support and provide feedback on front-line information
- Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
- Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
- PV technical background is a plus
- Positive, xlwpduy self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence clients from procurement to C-suite levels
- Fast learner with street-smart skills

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language
- Ability to travel regularly and on short notice, domestically and internationally
